Following the example of Ephesians 4:11 "And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers…" The LCIC (Logos Community International Church), developed the apostolic base. It is constituted by 5 leaders • 1 -Leader of Apostolic Base (Senior Pastor) • 2 - Leader of Prophetic Base • 3 - Leader of Evangelistic Base • 4 - Leader of the Pastoral Base • 5 - Leader of the Master Base. We do not use the examples titles: Apostle, Prophet, etc…instead of it we use functions. There is a difference between title and function. We use the Apostolic function with one responsible leader.

Each one of these base coordinate 4 ministries managed by Senior Pastor. SEP (Senior Pastor) coordinate the supervisors of Prophetic Base, Evangelistic Base, Pastoral Base and Master Base. He is assisted by his supervisors to administrate and to lead the locals ministries.

The Supervisor is the presence of the Senior-Pastor in the ministry. The Senior Pastor has free access to ministries; however, count on Supervisor participation in order to maintain the 16 ministries working accordingly.
